Mr. Strzelecki has studied Telecommunication Science at Electronics Department of the Military University of Technology. He obtained a certificate as a Port Facilities Security Officer, Ship Security Officer, and Company Security Officer, issued under the provisions of the International SOALAS convention, ISPS CODE. He is an Security Systems Designer SA4 class No 272/97, and Certified Security Expert No 128/02, he has personal security clearance.

He used to work for the State Protection Office as an Senior Inspector, where he was the authorized representative for Sensitive Information Security for several IT companies. From 1998 till 2001, he was associated with Optimus group, where he worked for Optimus Lockheed Martin. In Cygate Poland Ltd. and Ultrak Poland Ltd he was General Manager and Integrated Systems Group Director, for Monitor Dynamics Incorporation he used to work as an Director of Eastern Europe Region.  In 2005 to 2008, he worked for GROM Group as an Enterprise Security Division Director. He is the first degree Certified Internal Auditor of PIKW (Polish Institute of Internal Audits), signed up for the Country Register of Professional Internal Auditors. He is a member of the POALARM association, the OSPOIN association and the American Society For Industrial Security.

Mr. Strzelecki has been a member of ISM EuroCenter's management board since its establishment.
