Professionally

Adam Półgrabia is a graduate of the Faculty of Electronics of the Technical University of Łódź. Additionally he has completed postgraduate studies: "Technology transfer and marketing of technological innovation" at the Warsaw University of Technology, "European Integration" at the University of Management and Law in Warsaw and "Coaching" at the Leon Koźmiński Academy.

He started his professional career at INWAR S.A. in Sieradz, in which - moving up the career ladder - since 1991 he held executive positions.
In 1998, he was CEO and Member of the Management Board of INVAR System S.A. Then he became Vice-President of the Management Board and the Director-General of systems of OPTIMUS S.A. At the same time he held the duties of the Member of the Supervisory Board of Lockheed Martin Optimus S.A. Besides he gained professional experience in Softbank S.A. as Vice - President of Sales and Marketing. Since 2003 he held the position of the Proxy of the Board and Director-General dealing with sales in the public sector in ComputerLand S.A. (now Sygnity S.A.). Since 2008 he has been connected with JW PROJAN GROUP where he is responsible for creating new and innovative areas of business. Currently, he is a Vice President of Marketing and Sales at JW PROJAN S.A. and President of the Management Board of: ISM EuroCenter S.A., WorldIXI Poland S.A.  and WorldIT Systems Sp. z o. o.
Mr. Półgrabia is associated with ISM EuroCenter S.A. since the formation of the company. He was chairman of Supervisory Board and he contributed to the conception of introducing the company to the market.
